At the get-go we are cycling and dancing on the bike, creating a high-endorphine driven first phase of the workout. The cycling includes easy and fun dance moves to get in the groove.

We the jump off the bike where the work-out continues, focusing on core and strength training, but is designed to be choregraphed to great music so you don't even realize you are getting a high-quality core and strength enhancing workout.

The last phase is a joy-infused Dance Party, on our open dance floor. It starts with infectious line-dancing and breaking out to whatever moves you. It's a celebration, an uplifting, spiritual experience. We let loose, connecting through dance and song.
